Applying for a Library Card: Residents inside the City Limits of Newberg

Apply in-person:

Visit the Library Circulation Desk with ID and verfication of current address. Children under 12 need the signature and ID of a parent or guardian. Accepted forms of ID and proof of current address are:
 

  • Driver’s License with current address
  • Voter Registration Card
  • Printed Checks
  • Rental Agreement
  • Utility Bill
  • Ernest Agreement for those just moving

Click above to apply online.   You will receive an email within 3 working days with a temporary barcode that will allow access to library online resources. You must visit the library within 30 days with identification and verfication of current address to receive a permanent library card.
