The City of Newberg receives approximately 15,000 emails per day. 95% of those emails are spam. Because of this, we have an automated spam blocking system in place that scans every email to determine if it's spam or not. Unfortunately, sometimes legitimate emails are blocked. The best thing to do is call the city employee you sent the email to and let them know of the issue. They can contact the IT Department to make sure there wont be problems in the future.
