Please use this form to tell us of your intent to give public comment at a City Meeting.

Note: Online registration forms will be accepted until 12:00pm (noon) on the day of the meeting. If you miss this deadline, you may appear in person and register. In person registration ends at the opening of the meeting. Written comment must be submitted by 12:00pm (noon) the Friday before the meeting.

Some items to note: 

1. If you attend the meeting in person, physical copies of the public comment form will be available to fill out.
2. You can give general public comment or comment on a specific agenda item. 
3. Public comments on a specific agenda item will be taken when that agenda item is discussed by the Council/Committee.
4. If you wish to speak on multiple agenda items, please fill out a separate form for each item.
5. You can find the agenda for upcoming Council/Committee meetings on the Agendas and Minutes page.
