"I am deeply honored to represent the communities of Newberg & Dundee as the Chief of Police. I am equally honored to be part of the team of officers, 911 dispatchers, and support staff that have accepted the challenge of keeping our communities safe, and value the many relationships that we have all built together over the years.
The Newberg-Dundee Police Department has a culture of high moral and ethical expectations of both ourselves and our peers. Our fundamental pillars are Integrity, Courage, Honor, and Compassion. Our purpose in public safety is to protect the public, maintain law & order, and prevent or detect crime.
While it is understood that not all interactions with law enforcement are positive experiences, it is our goal that each interaction is handled with respect and dignity. We will tirelessly STRIVE for perfection with the understanding that it is impossible to obtain."
