The Newberg Volunteer Fire Department association provides needed support to not only the fire department, but those in the Newberg community who are in need.  The volunteer association is responsible for facilitating 4 yearly fundraisers that support the Toy and Joy program,  supporting Newberg Fire operations  as well as participating in many other events throughout the year. 

The most important program the association conducts is the annual Toy and Joy Program.  Without the tremendous support from the Newberg community that the association has recieved in years past, this program would never be able to deliver the thousands of toys to those children in need of joy during the holiday season.  Here are the four fundraisers that help support this program:

- Pancake Breakfast
- Old Fashioned Festival
- Toy and Joy Golf Tournament
- Turkey Carnival
