Accidents and fires happen.  When these emergencies occur, precious seconds that are lost trying to find an address can mean the difference between life and death.  Do everything you can to help increase your odds -- have the Fire Department place this highly visible address sign at the end of your driveway.
These easy-to-read signs have 4" reflective numbers on a 6" x 12" aluminum plate, bolted to a steel post.

Terms and Agreement:
This program is for residents that live within the Newberg Rural Fire Protection District only and is not available for those that reside within the city fire district or within another fire agency’s district.

Installations will be assigned as applications are received, please allow 6-10 weeks for installation depending on demand. 
Signing this application releases the Newberg Fire Department, the Newberg Rural Fire District Board and their agents, from any liability for any property damage due to sign installation, and gives the Newberg Fire Department permission to have underground utility companies (gas, electric, etc.) perform utility locates if necessary.
