Newberg Rural Fire Protection District

The Newberg Rural Fire Protection District (NRFPD) contracts with the City of Newberg for fire protection and EMS services.  The NRFPD's 60 square miles surrounds the City of Newberg and consist of some of the Northwest's and Willlamete Valley's prestigious wine country, portion of Oregon's own Willamette River and the Bald Peak State Park.  Bordered by three counties (Marion, Clackamas and Washington), and the Dundee Fire Protection District, the district consists of three state highways (99W, 219 and 240) forming a gateway to the greater Yamhill County and the Central Oregon Coast.
