Newberg Fire Department ambulance service exceeds County standards

Thanks to a Federal Grant under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, our downtown station (Sta. 20) is undergoing a much needed remodel. Most of the work will be interior work focused on improvements for firefighter safety, however the work will also include a new public entryway.

Each year Newberg Fire Department Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is required to provide Yamhill County a report indicating whether or not our EMS has met Yamhill County EMS standards. We are pleased again this year to report we have met or exceeded all County EMS standards.
