If you think you might be having a heart attack, then remember this: Time is heart muscle.
- One of the first things many people having a heart attack do is deny they are having a heart attack. The heart is one big muscle. The time wasted in denial could mean heart muscle is dying. And when it's dead, it's dead.
So if someone is having the following signs or symptoms, call 911:
- Chest pain or Chest discomfort (including chest pressure);
