Dear Friends of Newberg,
Are you interested in being an integral part of a program that began in 1929 – an 83 year old tradition with the Newberg Fire Department?
If so, please consider participating in the annual fund raising drive to keep Newberg’s Christmas Lighting Program bright. This project is totally supported from folks and business such as yourself; as no funding from the fire department or the City is budgeted for the care and maintenance of the decorations.
For the last 82 years, it has been the privilege of the Newberg Volunteer Fire Department to hang these Christmas decorations the Sunday following Thanksgiving, where theywill remain until the first Sunday after January 1st. With your help, we hope to continue this tradition for many, many more years.
