PAYMENT OPTIONS
Direct Payment: This method authorizes the City of Newberg to automatically withdraw payment for utility bills from your bank account and eliminates worry of paying your bill on time.  To use this option, please click here. 

Mail: Send a check or money order in the enclosed envelope with the bottom portion of your bill. Make checks payable to the City of Newberg. Mail to: P.O. Box 970 or 414 E. First St. Newberg, OR 97132.

Drop Box: The drop box is located at the Public Safety Building, 401 E. 3rd St. Place your check or money order in an envelope and include your stub with payment. Please do not place cash in the drop box. Payments placed in the drop box will be applied to your account on the next business day.
