The City of Newberg Budget Committee will meet at the Newberg Public Safety Building, 401 E. Third Street, Newberg, on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving the City Manager's message on the proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012 and ending June 30, 2013, and to receive general comment from the public on the proposed budget.  Oral comments will be limited to 5 minutes a person, so written comments are encouraged. 

The 2012-2013 Proposed Budget for the City of Newberg is available by clicking on the Agenda link below.  It can also be reviewed at City Hall located at 414 E First Street during the hours between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm, and at the Newberg Public Library located at 503 E Hancock during open hours.

The Budget Committee will be meeting at the Public Safety Building, 401 E Third Street, from 7pm – 9pm on the following dates:

·         April 24, 2012   Town Hall Public Hearing

·         May 1, 2012      State Shared Revenue Public Hearing

·         May 8, 2012

·         May 15, 2012

All Budget Committee meetings are public meetings where deliberations of the Budget Committee may take place.
