This permit is required for all subsurface work performed within the public right-of-way under the City of Newberg's jurisdiction.  Work may be done by a utility or commercial company, including developer, consultant, contractor, subcontractor, public or private institution, and other public agency.

Once the application is completed, please email the application along with the site plan to  brian.kershaw@newbergoregon.gov for processing.
