Final Plat Review
Land division plats require final approval by the Engineering Division before City Officials will sign them for recording.






TIPS AND REMINDERS FOR FINAL PLATS:

• Submit preliminary and final plats, and all related documents, to the City Planner assigned to the project.
   
• Submit two copies of the review plat along with the application and other required submissions listed in the final plat application packet and conditions of approval.
   
• The review copies of the plat must be accompanied by a recent title report and copies of the easements and other encumbrances listed on the title report.
   
• Submit copies to the Yamhill County Surveyor's Office for review concurrent with the city's review.
   
• Submit THREE (3) copies of the final mylar plat for city signatures.
   
• Once the plat has been recorded, one of the recorded mylar copies must be returned to the City before new addresses can be issued.
