In order to transfer rights to real property to or from the City or the public, including right of way dedication, legal documents must be created using the templates below.  For assistance with the construction of such documents, please contact the Engineering Division.  The Engineering Division reviews and approves documents transferring rights to real property to or from the City or the public prior to signature by City Officials.
