This project, subject to BOLI prevailing wage rates, includes approximately 840 linear feet of roadway construction and two compact roundabouts, with associated storm, water, streetlight, screen wall, and landscape installations, and roadway striping and signing.  Scope includes joint trench conduit installation for PGE and Comcast.  NW Natural and Frontier Communications NW provide their own facility relocations.

The Crestview Drive Improvement Project was first advertised for bids on April 22, 2011 and awarded to Kizer Excavating Company on June 6, 2011.  The project was substantially completed on November 15, 2011.  Construction is fully completed now and the only remaining work is to complete a survey record for the project.

The City has hired Magness Land Surveying to perform asbuilts and remonumentation survey for Crestview Drive.  The surveyor will be collecting survey data in the Oxberg Lake Estates neighborhood in late April and early May.
