Population

Newberg is a fast growing community and is the second largest city in Yamhill County. According to preliminary estimates by the Portland State University Population Research Center, Newberg's population on July 1, 2009 was 23,150. The Center also estimates that Yamhill County's population on July 1, 2009 was 95,250. 

The Newberg Urban Growth Boundary has an estimated population of 23,582 as of 2009.
