According to new preliminary estimates from Portland State University’s Population Research Center (PRC):

All of Oregon’s population grew by approximately 15,000 (+0.35%) from 4,263,827 on July 1, 2021 to 4,278,555 on July 1, 2022.
Oregons population has increased by more than 40,000 since the 2020 Census (an annualized rate of 0.42%).

City of Newberg population grew by approximately 391 (+1.5%) from 25,376 on July 1, 2021 to 25,767 on July 1, 2022. 
Newbergs population has increased by more than 600 since the 2020 Census (an annualized rate of 1.2%)

Yamhill County's population grew by approximately 682 (+.63%) from 108,311 on July 1, 2021 to 108,993 on July 1, 2022. 
Yamhill County's population has increased by more than 1,200 since the 2020 Census (an annualized rate of .58%)
