Fodors awarded Newberg’s the Allison Inn and Spa the “Casual Chic” award. This award is given to only the finest hotels that exemplify style with a “rustic-modern appeal”. Only thirteen hotels in the world have been selected for this award and only two of those selections are located in the United States.  Fodors praised the Allison for its impeccable on-site restaurant, outstanding gym and spa facilities, and its location in the heart of the Willamette Valley. The unique and precise details visible on the grounds, artwork and amenities also earned the Allison high praise.

The Conde Nast Traveler’s November issue features the 2011 Reader’s Choice Awards where eight million votes from readers and travelers are compiled together to create an elite list of the best hotels, resorts, destinations, airlines and cruise lines worldwide . The Allison Inn and Spa received high marks and was listed as number 56 of the Top 200 US Hotels. The Allison opened in 2009 and since then has been a relaxing escape to both locals and travelers in the Newberg area and continues to impress travelers from all over as its popularity grows.
