Notary Public Service

The City of Newberg provides Notary Public services.  We are happy to serve walk-ins upon availability of a Notary, but recommend calling to make an appointment.  To make an appointment or for additional questions, please contact the City Hall at (503) 538-9421.

Fees

The City or employee notaries during working hours do not charge fees for providing notary services.  Although, there may be a fee for copies required or requested due to the notary service.

Identification

The person signing the document must physically be present and sign in the presence of the Notary. The Notary must be able to verify the identity of the signer.
