"Days of Culture" Proclamation 2011

The City of Newberg Council is proud to support our community and proclaim special events by means of proclamations. On October 3, 2011, the Council approved a proclamation supporting National Arts and Humanities Month. The proclamation declares October 1-8 as Oregon's statewide "Days of Culture".
