Stephen McKinney - Councilor District 2

Appointed to the City Council on December 15, 2008, Councilor Stephen McKinney took office January 5, 2009. Councilor McKinney was re-elected in November, 2010, and received his Oath of Office at the January 3, 2011, Council Meeting.  Present term expires on December 31, 2014. Councilor McKinney resides in District 2, which is GENERALLY located in the NORTHWEST portion of the city.

District 2 is generally located in northwest Newberg between Mountainview Drive and the main rail line.  The main rail line is the southern boundary.  Hess Creek is the eastern boundary.  Mountainview Drive is the northern boundary east of College Street.  Melody Lane is the northern boundary between College Street and Main Street.  Main Street is the western boundary north of Columbia Drive.  The western boundary south of Columbia Drive is the city limits.
