Constitution Week Proclamation

The City of Newberg Council is proud to support our community and proclaim special events by means of proclamations. On September 20, 2010, the Council approved a proclamation affirming the nationally recognized commemoration of the drafting of The Constitution of the United States of America. The proclamation declared the week of September 17 - 23, 2010, to be Constitution Week.
