The City of Newberg has multiple committees, commissions, and boards. New committees formed must be through an action by the Council and all committees make findings and reports to the Council.

Citizens Rate Review Committee - Generally meets in the fall
Library Board - Meets 3rd Thursday of the month at the Library Annex
Library Planning Committee
Newberg Urban Area Management Commission (NUAMC) - Meets as needed
Planning Commission - Meets 2nd Thursday of the month at the Public Safety Building
Traffic Safety Committee - Meets 2nd Monday of the month at the Public Safety Building
