Installation or alteration of a sign requires a Building Division application and a Planning Division application.  For easy processing these applications are combined in our sign applicatoin packet.  The packet also includes development code regulations.

Building Division fees are based on the valuation of the project.

Planning Division fees are based on the square footage of the project.

To submit a permit, provide the following items.

• Sign Permit application
• 2 sets of construction plans
• 2 plot plans
• Payment - Building plan review fee / Planning application fee
