A permit is required to build a Carport, Deck (over 30 inches in height) , Shed (over 200 square feet and 10 feet in height) , or Stairs (over 30 inches in height).  Details to submit plans and fees are listed below in the Carport, Deck, Shed, and Stair Packet.

To submit a permit, provide the following items.
