A Permit is required to place a Manufactured Building, see brochure below. 

A permit is also required to build a Carport, Deck (over 30 inches in height) , Shed (over 200 square feet and 10 feet in height) , or Stairs (over 30 inches in height).  See brochure below for details for submitting plans and fees.


To submit a permit(s), provide the following items.

• Permit application
• 2 plot plans
• 2 construction plans (plans not required for manufactured building permit)
• Fee - plan review fee at submittal (not required for manufactured building permit)
