The building valuation data table will be updated effective May 1, 2010. This table establishes the value of building construction for the purpose of determining building permit amounts. The table is based on International Code Council valuation table published in February 2010.  Oregon rules require Newberg to use this valuation table.

The new table will be used for any application submitted after April 30, 2010 at 5:00 p.m., and any building permit issued after June 30, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.
