Q.  I don't speak English.  Will the dispatcher be able to speak to me and take my information?
A.  Yes.  The dispatcher has access to a language line which provides translation services in over 125 languages. 

Q.  Can people who are hearing impaired call 9-1-1?

A.  Yes.  9-1-1 is available through text telephones known as TTYs or TDDs for people who are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech disability.
